Lovely breakfast showcasing local ingredients every morning.

Getting to Varenna was a nightmare. The local transport schedule was inconvenient with only a few buses a day, forcing us to rely on taxis which are exorbitantly priced. Arranging transport was also stressful, as we couldn't find taxis easily, and waiting over an hour for the mini bus service was tiring.

got a double room when arrived, really enjoyed that. its garden view and pretty friendly staff were the key features! it was an amazing and stunning location close enough to the hill over the como lake.

During our stay, we had the chance to explore the breathtaking views of Lake Como, which was only a short distance away. What stood out the most was the exquisite breakfast that featured local ingredients like cheese, cold cuts, and delicious pancakes. The atmosphere was captivating, with a unique decor that felt like stepping into a living history. It was a fantastic experience, made even better by the hosts who shared amazing stories and made us feel completely at home.

Breakfast was a highlight, with gluten-free options and a variety of local ingredients. An unfortunate lack of information on nearby public transport options initially complicated our travels, but the hosts' quick assistance minimized this inconvenience.

Amazing stay with local vibes

Our family loved the cozy, themed room that felt mad really like a little trip through history. Breakfast was so good, especially the local treats! The hosts were super friendly was nice, but the wifi was a bit slow sometimes. The outdoor lounge area was perfect for evening chats while soaking in the views.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the mind-blowing hospitality. The hosts were super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a jaw-droppingly amazing stay. The breakfast was a feast of deliciousness with a variety of options including fresh fruit, eggs, and pastries. The hotel itself was like a living museum, with a stunningly designed interior that had us in awe at every turn. The attention to detail was impressive, and we couldn't help but be amazed by the aesthetic appeal of the rooms. We also loved that there was Wi-Fi available, as well as a convenient luggage storage area. The bar/lounge area was the perfect spot to unwind with a welcome drink, and the snack bar satisfied any cravings. We were also treated like VIPs with a seamless check-in and check-out experience. The location was ideal for our adventurous souls, with hiking, cycling, and wind surfing activities nearby. And last but not least, the fact that they allowed pets and had non-smoking rooms was a huge plus for us. our stay at this hidden gem was absolutely incredible, leaving us with unforgettable memories.

The room was nice and tidy, plus it had central heating which was super handy. Also, having a writing table in there was a nice touch for getting some work done or jotting down notes. 🖊️

The location here is stunning, the staff are great and kind, and it's only 3 miles away from a natural park.

The room was pretty big and nice, with a cool shower and towels included - that's a nice touch! It's up high on a hill in a secluded spot, which gives it a bit of a peaceful vibe 🌄.
